Volunteerism is a way of life here, whether the project is renovation of the Corning Irish Heritage Center or maintaining the beautiful West Boggs Park. Self-sufficient since 1996, the park requires no tax dollars for support thanks to volunteers and community partnerships. The Daviess County Historical Museum is also supported by generous business and community contributions.
